Returns Policy

How To Return

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note we do not refund delivery cost!

  • Please use our Returns Center to request a return
  • You will also need to download and fill out our Returns Form, please put this in the parcel along with item(s).

We always recommend returning your items via recorded service as we unfortunately can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. Please return to:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with your return.

**We are working on getting free refunds for all UK customers however this is not something we can offer at the moment - we will notify via email when this is available**

Returned items must be returned unworn with original tags and packaging. Failure to abide by this then we reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange. When these instances occur we will offer to return your goods to you.

For all headwear returns please ensure products are returned in original box

You should expect to receive your refund minus delivery cost within 72 hours of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Europe/Rest of World Returns

Please follow return instructions - request a return via the Returns Center and download our Returns Form. When sending returns from outside the UK make sure you write “Returned Items” on the parcel to avoid customs charges. 

You will need to send parcels via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. You will receive a confirmation email once we have your returned parcel.

 

Exchanges

You can exchange for an alternative item by filling out the exchange section of our returns form and returning to us. 

 

Faulty/Incorrect Items

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an incorrect item or faulty item please contact us at sales@superiorattire.co.uk with the below information:

  • Order Number
  • Item Name/Size
  • Clear photos of fault

Upon recieving your faulty/incorrect items, we will reimburse postage costs up to the value of £4.00 per parcel. We advise returned parcels are sent 2nd class tracked.

 

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

If you return an item beyond the 14 day period or we deem the item in a non-sellable condition - this includes staining and mis-use, we will hold the item(s) until a minimum of £4.00 returns postage charge is paid to have this dispatched back to you

Abuse of returns policy, such as repeat refunds with no valid reason & chargeback fraud will not be accepted. Superior reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and returns.
