Relaunch
Three years since our launch we have taken the decision to relaunch Superior. Over the past couple of years through highs and lows we have gained valuable experience and contacts within the industry. Our journey hasn't been easy, we have made mistakes and been let down on several occasions which ultimately came close to us closing the business.
Our processes have been tightened and we have a whole new team around us to help our products come to life. There will be multiple stages a product goes through before it is released and attention to detail will be at the forefront. We have new factories on board and a design company to create our ideas.
As part of our relaunch we will be changing to a Men's only clothing brand for at least the first year and have introduced Klarna to our payment options to allow our customers to pay in instalments.
We are also in the process of adding Clear Pay to our payment options as another way for our customers to buy now, pay later. Klarna and Clear Pay both have different criteria’s and min spending limits (explained below in our footer menu pages) and ultimately gives our customers more flexibility/preference when it comes to ordering from us.
All current products will be removed from the site once our relaunch takes place and will be replaced with a brand new premium cap collection. Moving forward our goal is to bring in new designs for our cap collection and eventually moving back in to t-shirts, hoodies and tracksuits.
We have thought of everything from products right down to the smaller details with how our orders are packaged which will be evident at relaunch. Hopefully you will love our vision and direction the brand will be heading as much as us.
